The following information has been received from the Fourth Army Intelligence |
Liaison Officer, Sandia Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico, dated 6 December 1943:
"Colone qe, Inf., ixocutive, New Mexico Military District
reports as follows:
"tOn 3 or |, November 1948 at approximately 2150 hours, TI o! od a ball
of licht, reddish white in color, i foot in diameter, faljing vertically. The |
ball burst 100<200 fost from the growmd in a spray of roddish color which
xtincuilshed before reaching the ground. This occurred about 400 yards north
of ths read on which I was driving. The location was approximately 10 miles
east of Vauehn, New Mexico, on Hichway 60. (3-2)
